Summary: Company will support the District with an online learning software program to support student achievement in math and ELA in the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). This online learning software program, slated for September 1, 2018­ August 301 2019, will provide the necessary supports for students to prepare for the Rhode Island Comprehensive Assessment System (RICAS).

District agrees to engage Company, and Company agrees to provide:
i. ALEKS, an adaptive Mathematics technology, to Central, JSEC, Mt. Pleasant, West
Broadway, Alvarez, Bishop, Greene, Hope, Hopkins, Roger Williams, and Stuart

ii. Accelerated Math and Glencoe Math a digital subscription to math support materials to
Hopkins, Roger Williams, Stuart, West Broadway, and Greene.

iii. Algebra I and Geometry digital subscription to math support materials to Roger Williams,
Stuart, and West Broadway.

iv. My Math digital subscription to math support materials to D’Abate.

v. StudySync and StudySync Plus digital subscription to online ELA support materials to
Alvarez, Greene, E Cubed, Stuart, and West Broadway

vi. Social Studies digital subscriptions to online SS support materials to Stuart, Greene, and
JSEC.

vii. Professional development to support implementation of purchased products at JSEC.


The Company must adhere to the following expectations for customer service by providing:
i. Technical assistance to District and its schools when needed;
ii. Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the Product and its functionality, preferably within a 24 hour period;
iii. Informal training for District and school staff in support of the use of the Product; and
iv. Mid-year (January) and end of year (June) usage and achievement reports that include current and comparison data points for both educators and students.
