Summary: Company will support the District with an online learning software program to support student achievement in math in the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). This online learning software program, slated for September 1, 2018 to August 30, 2019, will provide the necessary supports for students to prepare for the Rhode Island Comprehensive Assessment System (RICAS).

Company agrees to provide Dreambox Intelligent Personalized & Adaptive Math Technology Instruction Software Program for Elementary School Integration that delivers norm-referenced performance data and analysis without interrupting the flow of instruction to administer a test. Designed specifically to meet the Common Core and the most rigorous state standards, this research-proven, technology-based approach builds fluency, deep conceptual understanding and flexible transfer of knowledge. Company uses virtual manipulatives to promote strategy development and provides immediate interventions both within each lesson and when recommending follow-up lessons. The project will consist of:

● Site licenses for Pleasant View, King, Kizirian, Lauro, Spaziano, West and Young/Woods elementary schools.
● Professional Development: up to 90-minutes of live & interactive, customized training delivered via webinar for faculty and support staff at Young/Woods only. Trainings are customized to meet the needs of new and existing users.

The Company must adhere to the following expectations for customer service by providing:

i. Technical assistance to District and its schools when needed;
ii. Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the Product and its functionality, preferably within a
24 hour period;
iii. Informal training for District and school staff in support of the use of the Product; and
iv. Mid-year (January) and end of year (June) usage and achievement reports that include current
and comparison data points for both educators and students.
