Summary: Company will support the District with an online learning software program to support student achievement in math in the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). This online learning software program, slated for September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019, will provide the necessary supports for students to prepare for the Rhode Island Comprehensive Assessment System (RICAS).

Company will provide IXL Site Access for all students and teachers at ASF Broad, Central, Classical, DelSesto, E Cubed, Fogarty, PCTA, and West Broadway during the school year 2018-2019.

Company agrees to provide:
● An initial virtual meeting with key school and district personnel to design an implementation plan
● Teacher training to learn the proper use of the instructor accounts
● An account management team to help with initial setup, answer questions, and provide information on best practices to implement the program successfully
● An account manager to monitor student usage, provide direct support to teachers and schools, provide meaningful student data, train teachers and administrators to manage student rosters, use the reporting function to assess and manipulate student data independently, and to work with PPSD to upload student rosters into individual classes
● A technical support team to deal with any online issues related to the program

The Company must adhere to the following expectations for customer service by providing:
i. Technical assistance to District and its schools when needed;
ii. Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the Product and its functionality, preferably within a
24 hour period;
iii. Informal training for District and school staff in support of the use of the Product; and
iv. Mid-year (January) and end of year (June) usage and achievement reports that include current
and comparison data points for both educators and students.
Funding: Title 1
Contingent upon funding (school based funding)
Recommendation: Administration recommends School Board approval.
