Summary: 1. Three-day on-site professional development institute designed to engage ILTs from each of the 4 high schools in a design thinking process, a structured framework for identifying challenges, gathering information, generating potential solutions, refining ideas, and testing solutions. Schools will be guided through the design thinking process, leveraging Data Wise principles, to find solutions to their identified problems of practice.
